"Soulful FlowYoga Series" for Emotional Healing
Yoga poses, meditation and healing for women who are ready to LET GO and start the self healing process. We move through smooth musical grooves and a vinyasa flow practice. Learn to explore deeper areas of the healing your body. The next 6 week series starts Monday, March 11, 2013 7pm at the Ryland Epworth Methodist Church.






"Your Best Body" Breaking Unhealthy Addictions
Discover your best body. How can you manage diabetes? Are you ready to break that sugar addiction? Create action oriented change through journaling, shifting dietary habits.
This 3 part workshop is designed for the woman who loves her body, yet always
 ready to make a real change.


"Your Body-Your Life"
Learn, grow and heal through yoga postures. Eat raw organic desserts and discuss ways improve your body while protecting your life. Join us in March 2013!
